Starters

Soup of the day served with bread and butter

Scottish Smoked Salmon Roulade with soft Cream Cheese, Chives and brown Bread.

 

Gran Marnier homemade Chicken Liver Paté served with Melba Toast.

Melon with fruit of the Forest

Hot Starter – Mini Crab Cakes with Tomato Salsa.

 

Mains

Roast turkey with cranberry sauce with all the trimmings.

Poached Fillet of Sole filled with baby Spinach topped with Vellute Sauce. 

Medallion of beef served with a Mushroom cream sauce.

 

breaded Escalope of Veal, pan fried with a Tomato filled with savory Rice.
